Experience
Bee Har has more than a decade of experience in the field of audit and assurance services. Prior to joining Grant Thornton Malaysia, she was attached to one of the “Big 4” Accounting Firms, serving a number of multinational corporations and public listed companies.
She deals with a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurs, multi-national companies to public listed companies engaging in various diversified industries such as electronic and semiconductor, shared services center, retail, manufacturing, construction, hotel, property development, logistic, trading and many more.
Areas of Expertise
- Familiar with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard and Companies Act 2016
- Familiar with the requirement of the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) section 404 on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting
