Gerald has more than 12 years of experience in assurance, listing and business advisory work. He handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like manufacturing, trading, services, information technology, construction, property development, retailing, food and beverages, professional service organisation, leisure and hospitality, property asset management, brokerage services and others.
He has undertaken audits for companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has also been involved due diligence review and corporate exercises involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast and preparation of Accountants Report. He has also assisted companies in obtaining listings on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and overseas stock exchange.
He has been involved in dealing with overseas auditors on the Group financial reporting and conversion from local accounting standards to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
