Lee Ping has more than 20 years of experience in field of audit, domestic or foreign base listing exercise and advisory work. She handles both local and international companies, as well as companies listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange from various diversified industries, such as manufacturing, construction, trading, information technology, professional service organisations and etc.
Lee Ping has also been involved in audits for companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, as well as being involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise engagements of initial public offerings, review profit/cashflow forecast, preparation of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to The Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
She is also involved in the peer review of Grant Thornton Malaysia member firms in overseas. She is familiar with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board which is similar to the International Financial Reporting Standards.
