Experience
Antony has over 10 years of experience in the field of audit, investigation, domestic or foreign base listing exercise and advisory work. He deals with a wide range of clients, from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Stock Exchange. The industries which he has dealt with are manufacturing, trading, securities, plantation, aquaculture, construction, property development, government agency, information technology, etc.
Antony has also been involved in the audit for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has also been involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise engagements varying from acquisitions to initial public offerings and the review of profit/cashflow projections, preparations of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
He is also involved in peer review of Grant Thornton member firms in overseas. He is familiar with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”) issued by Malaysian Accounting Standards Board which is similar to International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”).
