Wei Teng has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of audit assurance and corporate finance. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Wei Teng was attached to one of the “Big 4” Accounting Firms as an audit manager serving a number of multinational corporations and public listed companies. He was also involved in various corporate exercises when he was attached to an investment bank.
He deals with a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurs, multinational corporations and public listed companies in various diversified industries such as manufacturing, retail, property development, property investment, hotel, shared service, etc. He has also been involved in corporate exercise engagements varying from mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
