Experience
Wei Teng has close to two decades of experience in the field audit assurance and corporate finance. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Wei Teng was attached with one of the “Big 4” Accounting Firms as their audit manager serving a number of multinational corporations and public listed companies. He was also involved in various corporate exercises when he was attached to an investment bank.
Wei Teng deals with a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurs, multinational corporations and public listed companies in various diversified industries such as manufacturing, retail, property development, property investment, hotel, shared service, etc. He was also involved in corporate exercise engagements varying from merger and acquisition and initial public offering.
