Experience
Chooi Ling has over 13 years of experience in field of audit, domestic base listing exercise and advisory work. She handles both local and international companies from various diversified industries, such as property development, real estate investment trust, manufacturing, trading, retail, construction, professional service organisations, non-profit organisations and etc.
Chooi Ling has also been involved in the audit for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and has also been involved in due diligence review and corporate exercise engagements varying from acquisitions to initial public offerings and the review of profit/cashflow projections, preparations of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to The Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
By working with Grant Thornton in Malaysia, Chooi Ling has gained much valuable knowledge and skills, thus providing her with the necessary perspective to better assist her clients in meeting their needs and expectations in an ever-expanding market place.
