Wei Teng has more than a decade of experience in the field audit assurance and corporate finance. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Wei Teng was attached with one of the “Big 4” Accounting Firm as their audit manager serving a number of multinational corporations and public listed companies. He was also involving in the various corporate exercises when he was attached to an investment bank.
He deals with a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurs, multinational corporations and public listed companies in various diversified industries such as manufacturing, retail, property development, property investment, hotel, shared service, etc. He has also been involved in corporate exercise engagements varying from merger and acquisition and initial public offering.
