Mohamad Nasir is an Executive Director in Corporate Advisory with 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, multinational corporations, government-linked entities, and privately held businesses across Malaysia and the region. He specialises in transaction advisory, independent reviews, and strategic consulting across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, steel, logistics, infrastructure, agriculture, energy, and trading.

He has led numerous complex engagements involving mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, business plan and blueprint, restructuring, dispute situations, and strategic transformation initiatives, working closely with boards, investors, lenders, and management teams.

Extensive experience leading financial and commercial due diligence assignments for acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and financing exercises. This includes assessment of financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow sustainability, market positioning, and business model viability for investors and lenders.
