Kho is dedicated to providing personalised attention and pro-active advice to ensure his clients are properly served and are satisfied with the level of services rendered.
Kho has more than 25 years of experience in audit and assurance, listing and business advisory work. He handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like manufacturing, property development, mining, toll collections, shipping, construction, non-profit organisation, IT, trading, hotel and government bodies.
He has also been involved in the audit of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, due diligence review and corporate exercise engagement varying from acquisition to successful initial public offerings (Main Market, ACE Market and LEAP Market) and the review of profit/cash flow projections, preparations of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars.
In his personal capacity, he was a member of the Financial Reporting Standards Implementation Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is currently a member of the Audit and Assurance Standards Board of the MIA.
