Loo Pei has more than 10 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance work. She handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like manufacturing, trading, retail, property development, construction, information technology, education, plantation, poultry, hospitalisation and many more.
Loo Pei has also been involved in audits for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and has also been involved in corporate exercises engagements varying from acquisitions to initial public offerings and involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast and projection, preparations of Accountants’ Report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission Malaysia and inclusion in Prospectus and circulars.
By working with the firm, she has gained much valuable knowledge and skills, thus providing her with the necessary perspective to better assist her clients in meeting their needs and expectations in an ever-expanding marketplace.
