Husaif began his career in assurance and business advisory in Grant Thornton Malaysia as an external auditor. He has over 15 years of experience in audit and provision of transaction advisory services. He focuses on financial due diligence projects varying from acquisitions, investments for corporate, private equity and venture capital clients.
He handles both local and international companies covering a wide range of industry segments like oils & gas, education, manufacturing, construction, healthcare and technology & software development. In addition, he was also involved in numerous engagements on investigation audit, business valuation and independent business review exercise.

- Lead a thorough independent business review and verify the nature, existence, authenticity, accuracy and integrity of income received and expenditures made. Identified the accuracy and completeness of the disbursements made with the bank accounts or other supporting documents obtained.
