Experience

With over a decade of extensive experience in assurance, recovery, liquidation, and restructuring, Kishan has worked across a wide range of industries, including asset management, banking, manufacturing, and retail.

His expertise spans conducting audits for companies listed on the Malaysian,Singaporean and British stock exchange, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and reporting. Kishan has also led numerous high-profile recovery, liquidation, and restructuring engagements, both domestically and internationally, helping businesses navigate financial challenges and implement effective strategies for sustainable recovery.

In addition to his assurance and restructuring work, Kishan serves as the Head of the Sustainability and Climate Change Group at Grant Thornton Malaysia, where he assists companies in their transition to net-zero.

Kishan holds several esteemed positions in the accounting profession. He is the Chairman of the ICAEW Malaysia Members Society and is also a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
