We are pleased to share Grant Thornton Malaysia’s Transparency Report 2025, which outlines our commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency and professional excellence in all that we do.

This is Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT's Transparency Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 as required by the Securities Commission Malaysia, which requires the publication of an annual transparency report by audit firms with more than 50 public interest entity audit clients and the total market capitalisation of the audit firm’s PIE clients amounts to above RM10 billion. This report is prepared in accordance with Section 152(2) of the Securities Commission Malaysia Act 1993 (SCMA) and adheres to the principles as required accordingly.
