Transparency Report
This is Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT's Transparency Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 as required by the Securities Commission Malaysia, which requires the publication of an annual transparency report by audit firms that have more than 50 public interest entity audit clients and the total market capitalisation of the audit firm’s PIE clients amounts to above RM10 billion. This report is prepared in accordance with Section 152(2) of the Securities Commission Malaysia Act 1993 (SCMA) and adheres to the principles as required accordingly.
